J & M Architects is led by a husband and wife team, John and Miranda. Having both worked for multiple firms of varying size and specialty, they bring a diverse background and understanding of different project types and the complexity each has. Frustrated with the lack of attention to client needs typically found in the industry, John and Miranda decided to start their own firm with an emphasis on customer service. Every J & M project has at least one of the two principals involved throughout its entirety, and they pride themselves on collaboration with the client to create innovative solutions.

John has extensive experience in various project types, ranging from single family residential to high-rises. His main focus has been on residential and commercial projects throughout his career, including experience in animal hospital, restaurants, and multi-family.

Miranda’s main focus over the course of her career has been in healthcare, higher education, and laboratories. Her extensive experience and expertise in planning and complex phasing helps create a positive experience for the end user.
